// Corporate Detail Day

The perk runs itself.
Your team just shows up.

You booked a Detail Day. Here's exactly how it runs in your parking lot — so HR can stop fielding questions and the team can keep working.

Zero admin for HR.

Real morale lift for the team.

  1. 01

    Pick your slot online

    HR shares a single sign-up link with your team. Employees pick a tier (Birdie, Eagle, Longhorn), add a small $25 deposit that goes toward their total, and lock a time. We handle scheduling and reminders.

  2. 02

    Drop your keys at the front desk

    Day-of, leave your keys at the designated drop spot. Ben grabs your truck from the lot, walks it to flag anything unusual, and confirms your package before he starts.

  3. 03

    Go back to work

    Birdie takes ~45 min, Eagle ~90, Longhorn ~3 hours. You don't need to babysit. We'll text when you're 10 minutes from done so you can grab your keys.

  4. 04

    Walk-around, tap to pay, done

    Ben walks the finished vehicle with you, hands you a Vehicle Health Report, and you pay the balance + any add-ons on his iPhone. Tip optional, never expected.

What we need from you.

We need a 13×26 ft area

Roughly two parking spaces in the lot or garage. Shade is nice but not required. Power and water are appreciated — we bring our own if not.

Scales 10 to 100+ vehicles

One day, one truck, one Ben — or multi-day for larger teams. We'll quote a cadence that fits your headcount (one-off, quarterly, or monthly).

Billing your way

Employees can pay direct, the company can subsidize a flat amount, or you can fully cover it as a perk. We'll invoice the company side cleanly.

// Who runs your event

Ben Ahrens, founder.

Ben spent years as a police officer and played collegiate baseball at Pitt State before starting Duke's. He's got an auto technology degree, an obsessive eye for finish quality, and a hard rule: if it's not right, he does it again — at no charge.

"Your employees will remember the detail. You'll remember how easy it was."
